Aimee Morgan Nicotra is a Managing Director in the Houston office of Colliers Valuation & Advisory Services and leads the South-Central Multifamily Team. Aimee has extensive experience in the appraisal of multifamily assets with 15 years of experience in this property type. She has overseen the completion of thousands of appraisals in the South-Central and other markets. Her deep experience includes specialization in each of these areas: agency lending, balance sheet lending, affordable housing (LIHTC and HAP), proposed developments/ new con-struction lending, BTR developments, commercial to apartment conversions, tax credits and historic conversions and many other facets of the multifamily space. Aimee’s real specialty and passion is client service and ensuring an exceptional client experience on every assignment.

Aimee spent over a decade at CBRE followed by three years at JLL prior to joining Colliers. At CBRE, Aimee ran the North Texas Multifamily Team – the largest multifamily team in the country at the time – and then went on to run client care for the South-Central Region at CBRE. At JLL, Aimee was the Head of Multifamily Valuation for the US and she grew the multifamily practice at JLL nearly 7X during her time in that role. She then went on to run Global Career Development and serve on the Global Operations Committee for JLL Valuation. She maintains a passion for providing high-growth career environ-ments for her team and investing in career development.

Adrian Salazar

As a full-time accredited real estate investor, he graduated from The University of Texas at San Antonio with a Bachelor’s in Construction Science Management and a minor in Business Administration. Currently, he controls over $85 million in commercial, single, and multifamily assets. He founded Optimum Buyers, LLC, through which he closed on 60+ single-family real estate properties from 2014 to 2018. Additionally, he is a co-founder of HomelyEscape, LLC, specializing in short-term rentals, where they currently operate and co-manage 7 properties via Airbnb. Another venture of his is Two Ten Management, LLC, where he is involved in acquisitions, property management, construction, and asset management.

Over the last three years, they have successfully closed on over 1000 units, and he leads on-site construction and property management operations for their multifamily projects. Furthermore, he actively pursues off-market opportunities for their portfolio. As a lead sponsor and key principal, he has been involved in numerous projects, including the sale of Oak Ridge Apartments in McAllen, Texas, the refinance of Sonterra on McColl Apartments in McAllen, Texas, and the sale of Valencia Apartments in Pharr, Texas, among others. He also serves as a limited partner in Flint at 290, a 192-unit apartment complex in Houston, Texas. With experience working alongside architecture, construction, and engineering professionals since 2010, he has developed a comprehensive understanding of the real estate industry. Outside of work, his hobbies include scuba diving, world travel, fitness, and personal growth through networking.

Looking ahead, his goals and objectives for 2022 include serving as the lead sponsor to acquire 1000 units, split evenly between the Rio Grande Valley and San Antonio, and raising $1 billion in private equity for multifamily and commercial real estate projects. He is also continuing to build a global platform for people to invest in commercial and residential real estate.

Adam Roberts

Adam Roberts is a co-founder and managing member of A&E Real Estate Group, LLC, a company he helped establish in 2013. Transitioning from an executive leadership role at General Electric (GE) to pursue real estate investing, he initially focused on single-family home acquisitions in Dallas-Fort Worth.  He later shifted to large multifamily syndications in 2017.  Today Adam and Emily operate $220M in real estate assets across Texas and Oklahoma. 

After spending five years establishing and maturing their multifamily business, he diversified into Mortgage Note Investments and Private Lending. In addition to his investment activities, Adam leverages his expertise as a Coach/Mentor for a prominent multifamily education program, and beyond his professional endeavors, he is a commercial pilot and holds an FAA flight instructors certificate.

Adam and Emily live in Fort Worth, Texas and enjoy traveling, pursuing a healthy lifestyle, listening to live music, and spending quality time with their 2-year-old daughter. Matthew McCormack

Prior to his career in Commercial Real Estate Investment Sales, Mark was a business development lead and consultant at MSC Software, working to understand his client’s challenges and business, while integrating MSC software and services to add value directly to his client’s bottom line. Mark is married to April, who owns a salon in Southlake, TX. They currently have two children and are active members at RockPointe Church in Flower Mound.

Sean Ribble is Senior Director, Originations (CO, TX, UT, OK, NM, and NE) at Nuveen Green Capital. With over ten years of experience in the commercial real estate finance and commercial banking space, Sean has been a critical leader in the Mountain West / Texas region.

Prior to joining Nuveen Green Capital, Sean was a Senior Vice President of Commercial Banking with ANB Bank, a mid-sized community bank based out of Cherry Creek, CO. He specialized in commercial real estate, C&I, state housing tax credit finance, and most recently, C-PACE. Sean began his banking career through FirstBank’s management training program, transitioning to ANB Bank after five years. Since 2017, he has focused his efforts on building awareness of the C-PACE/energy efficiency initiative through various Colorado Real Estate Journal panels and Mayor Hancock’s sustainability conference.

Sean currently serves on the governor-appointed position as board member of the New Energy Improvement District for the State of Colorado, the entity that oversees the CO PACE program.

Before joining Flagship Capital Partners, he served as President for Home National Bank, leading the Kansas and Oklahoma lending and deposit gathering activities, and subsequently managed Freedom Mortgage’s regional CMBS originations team for the Southwest before leading principal acquisitions teams for SOHO Realty Partners and Fairway America Funds. Trent holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Oklahoma State University, graduating magna cum laude, an MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas, and a Professional Master of Banking from Louisiana State University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder and a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA).

Tyler brings his skills from four years as a real estate accountant, two years of real estate project planning, and five plus years of marketing experience to Worldwide Commercial. Tyler’s primary focus is sourcing investment sale listings using his diverse background to help with underwriting and marketing of the properties.

Prior to joining Worldwide Commercial, Tyler worked at Stream, Lincoln, and CBRE as a real estate accountant. He has also helped Quiktrip, PrimeLending, Hilltop Securities, and Plains Capital Bank find the best locations for their branches. Alongside the above real estate experience, he has owned and operated his own drone videography business highlighting property sales and development around the DFW area.

Tyler is a graduate from University of Arkansas with a degree in accounting and marketing. Growing up in Tulsa, Oklahoma with the focus of his playing competitive hockey at the junior and collegiate level. Once hockey ended, he got into commercial real estate utilizing his diverse accounting and branding skillset and hasn’t looked back.
