The sale included a Tesla facility at 2501 North Main Street in Gainesville, Fla., and another at 2935 North Orange Blossom Trail in Kissimmee, Fla. Both properties house on-site sales, service and delivery operations.
The Gainesville property benefits from prominent positioning along North Main Street with direct access to Interstate 75. The Kissimmee facility is located 20 miles from downtown Orlando and serves as Tesla’s first used car sales and service center in the country.
