Vic Clark is a senior managing director and head of conventional multifamily production at Lument. As national head of conventional agency production for Lument’s predecessor, Hunt Capital, he originated more than 700 transactions totaling $9 billion and led the production team to national recognition.

Vic was also previously senior vice president and southwest regional manager at Walker & Dunlop. Before that, he was a managing director and co-head of national production at Credit Suisse/Column Financial, Inc.

As a leading authority in multifamily finance, Vic is frequently interviewed by the media and regularly speaks at industry conferences. He is a certified public accountant and a member of the Appraisal Institute. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Southern California.

Aimee Morgan Nicotra is a Managing Director in the Houston office of Colliers Valuation & Advisory Services and leads the South-Central Multifamily Team. Aimee has extensive experience in the appraisal of multifamily assets with 15 years of experience in this property type. She has overseen the completion of thousands of appraisals in the South-Central and other markets. Her deep experience includes specialization in each of these areas: agency lending, balance sheet lending, affordable housing (LIHTC and HAP), proposed developments/ new con-struction lending, BTR developments, commercial to apartment conversions, tax credits and historic conversions and many other facets of the multifamily space. Aimee’s real specialty and passion is client service and ensuring an exceptional client experience on every assignment.

Jeff Pirhalla is EVP at BankFinancial where he leads the Bank’s National Commercial Real Estate Lending line of business. Prior to BankFinancial, he developed and managed CBRE’s Wholesale Lending and Bank Correspondent Lending platforms, and originated Freddie/Fannie Agency loans nationwide. He is a member of the MBA Multifamily Council and Bank Senior Executive Roundtable and has been a featured speaker and moderator at industry events.

His previous roles included National Correspondent Manager for Sabal Financial; Portfolio Surveillance/Risk Analysis for Wells Fargo’s $600 billion CMBS and Agency loan portfolios; and was instrumental in the expansion of several commercial real estate lending platforms for Impac Commercial Capital Corp, SunTrust Banks, and JPMorgan’s CMBS division.

Justin is a seasoned professional with a diverse range of experience in the financial and Real Estate industries. He has worked with several prominent financial institutions such as Champion Mortgage, Keybank, E*trade Financial, Municipal Credit Union, The New Jersey State Assembly, and auction.com. Justin’s primary focus is on leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as 3DCP Technology and advanced lending solutions to transform the construction process of residential and commercial properties.

His vision is to bring the next generation of properties to life by expediting the construction process via ai and automation while providing investors and lenders with the opportunity to fund and profit faster.

Beyond his role at Fordham Enterprises, Justin assumes a pivotal position as Co-Chair of the Membership Committee for the National Private Lenders Association (NPLA), a Licensed NJ Realtor and is an esteemed member of Forbes – Blk. Justin’s multifaceted experience, forward-looking vision renders him as an invaluable asset to the real estate industry.

Rahul V. Shah is a Managing Principal at Sherpa Capital Group, LLC (Sherpa), co-founding the company in 2010. Sherpa manages a private capital fund that specializes in originating bridge and hard money loans secured by commercial real estate. Sherpa has funded more than 250 transactions and is a direct lender with its own proprietary capital.

All credit decisions and servicing administrations are performed in house by the firm’s principals. Before co-founding Sherpa, Rahul founded a mortgage banking company. He originated more than $500M in residential and small balance commercial loans. Previously, Rahul was a Manager of Business Development and Strategic Alliance at Encyclopedia Britannica executing internet strategy. Prior to Britannica, he was a Senior Consultant in the Transaction Advisory Group at Arthur Andersen. His focus was performing due diligence on corporate finance transactions involving financial institutions, private equity firms and mid-sized corporations.

He consulted on more than 50 transactions in various industries with deal sizes ranging from $50M to $1B. Rahul is a CPA and graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy with Concentration in Finance.

Adam is a top producing multifamily finance professional currently leading production for the Renovo Multifamily Term Lending program. Adam’s career spans 22 years in the multifamily industry, mainly in the bank and Agency lending side, with the last 11 years as a dedicated Small Balance specialist. He was the #1 Producer of Freddie Mac SBL loans, by loan volume, for multiple years while at CBRE. I was also recognized as the Top Producer of CBRE Debt & Structured Finance, Mountain West Division, for 2017-2020.
