Credit: Any paid attendee who cancels after registration, but two weeks prior to the start of the conference, will be eligible for a credit. The credit can be used for one person to attend a conference within one year– either live or virtual.

Any paid attendee who cancels within two weeks of the conference, or is a no-show, will not be eligible for a credit.
