Rocket Lister acquired a two-story, 46,804-s.f. office building at 4625 South Wendler Drive in Tempe from Batch Leads for $5.7M.

Rocket Lister benefits from $1M in newly completed Class A tenant improvements funded by the previous owner. The company will occupy part of the building for its headquarters and lease the remaining space to other tenants.

The property is the last remaining structure of what was once a three‑building office park. The central building was demolished to provide additional parking, and the northern building is being redeveloped as a build‑to‑suit industrial facility.

Located in Tempe’s business center, the building offers immediate access to the Interstate-10 and U.S. Route 60, along with prominent freeway visibility and signage opportunities.

Kidder Mathews brokers Kurt Kerner and Connor Maloney represented Rocket Lister in the transaction and will oversee leasing.
