New York Life Real Estate Investors sold Centerstone Plaza, a 107,028-s.f. suburban office campus at 4000, 4010 and 4040 Barranca Parkway in Irvine to LCBC Development for $32M.

The recently renovated property consists of three two-story buildings that are 92% leased to tenants including First Team, Keller Williams, MemorialCare and LifeStance Health.

The campus is near the San Diego Freeway — a major highway — and John Wayne Airport. It is walkable to two on-site restaurants and is surrounded by three retail centers with over 30 restaurants, three grocery stores and three gyms.

JLL represented the seller and procured the buyer.
