Premiere Titan Properties LLC acquired a 10,000-s.f. medical office building located at 1001 Pleasant Valley Way in West Orange, N.J., from Robert Scibetti for $2.5M.

The two-story property is located across from the Essex County Country Club, near the Interstate 280 exchange and public transportation, and within 10 miles of several hospitals.
“The property’s centralized location and the area’s favorable demographics were the two primary reasons the buyer was interested in purchasing the building,” said Darren Lizzack, VP of NAI James E. Hanson’s Team Lizzack-Horning, who represented the seller.
Team Lizzack-Horning specializes in health care, office and investment property transactions.
“The property is among some of the largest medical office buildings reported sold in northern New Jersey in 2025,” said Lizzack.
The seller is financing the debt for this property, which is a unique aspect of the deal.
“West Orange is a high-barrier-to-entry market, especially for buildings of this size in such a centralized location,” said Lizzack. “However, we were able to procure an ideal buyer and secure a strong return for our client in this transaction. We’d like to wish the buyer all the best with their new asset.”
