Crittenden Report Membership Terms & Conditions
1. Subscription Term & Automatic Renewal
All Crittenden Report memberships are sold as recurring subscriptions (6-month, or 12-month). Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each term at the then-current rate unless canceled in accordance with these Terms.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Crittenden Report to charge the payment method on file for renewal at the applicable renewal date.
2. Cancellation Policy
Subscribers may cancel at any time prior to their renewal date to prevent future charges. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to membership@crittendenresearch.com.
Cancellation is effective only upon written confirmation from Crittenden Report.
We are not responsible for cancellation requests that are not received in writing or that are sent to a former employee or inactive email address.
3. No Refund Policy
All subscription fees are non-refundable once charged.
We do not provide refunds or credits for:
Failure to cancel prior to renewal
Partial subscription periods
Lack of usage
Unread newsletters or unused directory access
Verbal cancellation requests not confirmed in writing
In limited cases, Crittenden Report may issue a refund at its sole discretion. Any exception does not modify or waive this policy for future transactions.
4. Disputed Charges
If you believe a charge was made in error, you must notify us in writing within fourteen (14) days of the charge date. Failure to notify within this period constitutes acceptance of the charge.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Crittenden Report to resolve the matter may result in suspension of access and additional recovery actions where permitted by law.
5. Subscription Access
Membership access, including newsletters, online content, archives, and directory tools, is provided for individual use only. Sharing login credentials or redistributing content is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of subscription without refund.
6. Pricing Changes
Subscription pricing and benefits may change at any time. Price changes will apply at the next renewal term. We will always do our best to give ample notice of any price increases to be expected, however it is the subscribers responsibility to contact Crittenden Report via email if there is any concern or questions with a price change.
7. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing or renewing a subscription, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
